Returns & Exchange Policy — Amorisse Jewelry

At Amorisse Jewelry, each piece is carefully selected and prepared with attention to detail. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewelry products, all sales are considered final. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Final

All purchases made through Amorisse Jewelry are final sale. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for different products once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Size Exchanges

Size exchanges may be accepted for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are only permitted for the exact same item in a different size, subject to availability.
  • We do not offer exchanges for different products, styles, colors, or collections.
  • Customers are responsible for all return and reshipment shipping costs associated with approved exchanges.

To help avoid sizing issues, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review all sizing details provided before placing an order.


Earrings & Hygienic Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings and certain intimate-use jewelry items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Your request must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging received

Requests submitted outside of the stated timeframe may not be eligible for review.


Return Conditions

Approved exchange items must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Show no signs of wear, use, perfume exposure, water exposure, or damage
  • Include original packaging and contents

Amorisse Jewelry reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.


Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Earrings
  • Worn or used jewelry
  • Damaged items caused after delivery
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Requests submitted outside the approved timeframe


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Entering the correct shipping address at checkout
  • Monitoring package delivery status
  • Return shipping costs for approved exchanges
  • Reshipment fees if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages

Amorisse Jewelry is not responsible for:

  • Lost return packages shipped by the customer
  • Carrier delays once an order has been shipped
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
